Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours notification in advance for any appointments that need to be rescheduled.  $100 will be invoiced for no-shows or appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

Insurance

We are in-network with the following insurance companies. You will be responsible for the full fee if you are not covered by your insurance. It is also advised that you ask your insurance company if you need an authorization for treatment and what will be your expected co-pay.

oUT-OF-NETWORK

If you choose to utilize Out-of-Network (OON) insurance benefits, we can provide a statement (superbill) to submit for reimbursement. Please review your coverage with an insurance or benefits representative before your scheduled appointment.

Private Pay

Associated Level

Initial Intake : $150

Individual and Couples Counseling (50-60min): $135

Independent Level

Initial Intake : $190

Individual and Couples Counseling (50-60min): $180

Payments are due in full (cash, card, or check at the time of the session for anyone paying out of pocket or those who have a co-payment or co-insurance fee due) at time of services. We also accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
