Michael is currently a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) intern at Grand Canyon University within their social work program and is anticipating graduating in Spring 2027. With over a decade of behavioral health experience, Michael demonstrates proficiencies in case management, supportive care, substance abuse counseling, group counseling at an IOP and SOP level of care, and community outreach through crisis response and collaboration with outside agencies working towards building strong relationships. Michael strives to provide client-centered care through collaboration with others and the client to meet their specific needs for best outcomes and improved well-being.
Michael is committed to continuously learning and growing professionally through training and ongoing educational opportunities with the guidance and supervision of Ryan Young, LCSW. Michael provides empathy and compassion while offering a judgment-free space that offers safety and security.
