Rebecca “Becky” Kingsbury, LMSW
Becky is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), who is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for individuals and couples to explore their experiences and cultivate lasting change. Becky’s clinical practice is deeply rooted in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care. Becky understands life's journey often presents us with unexpected challenges, leaving us feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves and those we love. If you're navigating the complexities of pain, anxiety, relationship struggles, or significant life transitions, you don't have to face them alone. Seeking support is a courageous step towards healing and reclaiming a more fulfilling life.
Becky specializes in assisting individuals in reducing/mitigating residual effects from past and present trauma (PTSD, grief and loss, and complex trauma), anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and panic attacks), depression and mood fluctuations, low self-esteem and self-worth challenges, stress management and burnout, and navigating significant life transitions (career changes, divorce, etc). Becky guides couples in improving communication, rebuild trust and intimacy, navigating infidelity and betrayal, strengthen and rebuild emotional connection, address power imbalances and recurring arguments, and prepare for major life changes together.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by the echoes of your past, trapped in repetitive and unhelpful patterns, or struggling to reconnect with your partner, therapy offers a powerful pathway forward. Becky believes that true healing happens in a collaborative partnership, where you are the expert of your own life, and she is a guide providing tools and insights. Becky’s commitment is to walk alongside you on your journey, providing unwavering support and expert guidance as you navigate the complexities of life and move towards a future filled with greater peace, connection, and well-being.
